These "digitally-enhanced" photographs show what several areas around Kilchoan may well look like if the wind factories go ahead. It is difficult in a still photograph to give the sense of size and impossible to demonstrate the constant noise, the flickering and flashing and the infrasound (low-frequency noise that is typically felt rather than heard when inside nearby buildings) that these machines cause.

Size does matter - compare the lighthouse (36m) to a 105m turbine as proposed by Wind Energy. Then imagine up to 500 of them scattered around the area.
